•      Load-balancing cookies — to route your connection efficiently across our servers so the service stays fast and reliable.

•      Booking and form cookies — to allow you to book appointments and complete and submit forms correctly.

4. Managing cookies

Because the cookies we use are essential, there is no “reject” option — the website and patient portal will not work properly without them. You can still control cookies through your browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and tell you when one is being set. However, if you block our strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in, book appointments or use parts of the service.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we change the cookies we use.
