GENERAL PSYCHIATRY (EXCLUDING ADHD AND AUTISM)

• Initial Psychiatric Assessment (60 minutes) – £400

Comprehensive psychiatric assessment with treatment recommendations where clinically appropriate.

• Follow-Up Appointment (20 minutes) – £200

Review of progress, medication management (where appropriate), and ongoing clinical support.

ADHD SERVICES

• ADHD Initial Assessment (60 minutes) – £400

Structured assessment and clinical formulation. Further review appointments may be required.

• ADHD Follow-Up / Titration Review (20 minutes) – £200

Medication initiation and dose adjustment where clinically appropriate.

• ADHD Medication Review & Shared Care Agreement Appointment (30 minutes) – £500

Where clinically appropriate, we can complete Shared Care Agreement requests for Adult ADHD treatment, subject to GP approval.

AUTISM SERVICES

• Adult Autism Screening (60 minutes) – £450

Initial screening assessment to determine whether a full diagnostic assessment is indicated.

• Adult Autism Assessment – £1,650

Comprehensive diagnostic assessment including clinical interview, review of developmental history, collateral information where available, and a detailed diagnostic report.

• Adult Autism Follow-Up Appointment (20 minutes) – £200

Discussion of assessment outcomes, recommendations, and ongoing support.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Repeat Prescription Request – £150

Available only to existing Happy Clinic patients where this option has been specifically agreed with their clinician. Patients who require a clinical review, medication adjustment, or discussion of ongoing symptoms should book a follow-up appointment instead. All repeat prescription requests are subject to clinical review and approval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All appointments are conducted online.

• Fees are payable in advance of appointments.

• Prescribing is subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

• Prescriptions issued during an Initial Assessment or Follow-Up Appointment are included within the appointment fee and are not charged separately. Any applicable pharmacy dispensing charges remain the responsibility of the patient.

• Shared Care Agreements are dependent upon acceptance by the patient's GP practice and cannot be guaranteed.

• Repeat Prescription Requests are available only to existing Happy Clinic patients where this option has been specifically agreed with their clinician. Patients who require a clinical review, medication adjustment, or discussion of ongoing symptoms should book a follow-up appointment instead. • Happy Clinic does not provide medico-legal reports, expert witness reports, court reports, capacity reports for legal proceedings, or reports in connection with litigation.

• Happy Clinic does not provide reports or assessments for benefits claims, including Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Universal Credit, or other social welfare benefits.
