A Simple and Secure Process

Accessing specialist psychiatric care with Happy Clinic is straightforward and discreet. Our consultations are conducted online, allowing you to attend from the privacy of your home.

1

Book Your Appointment

Select a convenient date and time using our secure online booking system. No GP referral is required for private consultations. Appointments are typically available within days.

2

Attend Your Video Consultation

You will meet with a Consultant Psychiatrist via secure video consultation using your phone, tablet or laptop.

During the appointment, we will explore your concerns, relevant history and current difficulties in detail. Where appropriate, a clinical impression and treatment recommendations will be discussed.

3

Treatment Planning

Following assessment, we will provide clear guidance on next steps. This may include:

  • Medication recommendations (where clinically appropriate)
  • Advice regarding psychological therapies
  • Follow-up appointments
  • A clinical summary for you (and your GP with consent)

All treatment decisions are made collaboratively and in accordance with UK professional standards.

4

Ongoing Support

If further review is needed, follow-up appointments can be arranged to monitor progress and adjust treatment where appropriate.

For Adult ADHD treatment, Shared Care Agreement requests can be supported where clinically appropriate (subject to GP approval).
